To ensure all routing fees, ECN rebates, and exact execution times are captured accurately, TradeZero users must export their history directly from the web-based back office, not the desktop terminal.

Exporting from the Web Portal

  1. Log in to the official TradeZero.co customer portal using your web browser.
  2. Click on the Portfolio tab in the main navigation menu.
  3. Within the Portfolio section, click on the Trades sub-tab.
  4. Use the calendar filters to specify the exact date range for the trades you wish to analyze.
  5. Once your history populates on the screen, click the Excel / CSV export icon located near the top of the data table.
  6. Save the downloaded file to your local drive.

Importar en Trandence

  1. Abre Trandence y ve a la página de Operaciones.
  2. Haz clic en Importar Operaciones en la esquina superior derecha y selecciona Subir CSV.
  3. Choose TradeZero and match your CSV’s timezone.
  4. Sube tu archivo guardado.
  5. Important: On the Review screen, use the Batch Tags field to assign a custom tag (e.g., “TZ Main”). This is crucial if you track multiple brokerage accounts within Trandence.
  6. Haz clic en Importar y Revisar Resumen para finalizar.
