Your Trandence account is the control center for your trading journal. From here, you can manage your subscription, adjust your global trading preferences, and control your data.
To access your settings, click on your profile avatar in the bottom left corner of the main application sidebar and select Settings.
Profile & Security
Keep your account secure and your details up to date.
- Email & Password: Update your login credentials. If you signed up via Google, your authentication is handled securely through your Google account.
- Profile Picture: Upload a custom avatar or use the default generated one.
Trading Preferences
For Trandence to accurately calculate your session metrics and generate AI insights, your time configurations must be precise.
- Default Timezone: Set your global timezone (e.g.,
America/New_Yorkfor EST). This ensures that your imported trades, P&L charts, and calendar days align perfectly with market hours. - Currency: (Coming Soon) Set your base account currency if you trade outside of USD.
Subscription & Billing
Manage your Trandence Pro plan with full transparency.
- Plan Status: View your current trial status, renewal dates, and active plan features.
- Manage Billing: Securely update your payment methods or download past invoices via our Stripe billing portal.
- Cancelation: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with one click. No hidden hurdles.
Data Management
Your trading data belongs to you. We believe in complete data portability.
- Export Data: Download your entire parsed trading history and journal entries as a CSV file for your own records or tax purposes.
- Reset Account: If you want to start fresh (e.g., switching from paper trading to a live account), you can wipe all imported trades and AI insights while keeping your subscription active.
