Trandence

Your Trandence account is the control center for your trading journal. From here, you can manage your profile, fine-tune how data is displayed, configure your risk parameters, controlalgorithmic engine features, and monitor your subscription.

To access your settings, click on your profile avatar in the bottom left corner of the main application sidebar and select Settings.

The Settings dialog contains five tabs:

Profile

The Profile tab displays your Account Information — your registered name, email address, and avatar. If you signed up via Google, your authentication is handled securely through your Google account.

  • Change Avatar: Upload a custom image (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) that appears in the sidebar, on shared reports, and in exported PDFs.
  • Remove Avatar: Revert to the default generated avatar.

Preferences

The Preferences tab controls how Trandence displays data across the entire platform. For a full breakdown — including how these settings influencealgorithmic engine analysis — see the Risk Profile & Preferences guide.

  • Chart Timezone: All charts, session boundaries, and calendar views are anchored to this timezone. Set it to match your market hours (e.g., New York (GMT-5) for US equities).
  • P&L Display Mode: Choose whether P&L is shown Net (after fees) or Gross (before fees) across the Calendar, Dashboard, and reports.
  • Global Risk Display Mode: Controls how monetary values and risk are displayed. Hybrid shows both USD and R-Multiples when a Daily Stop Loss is set. R-Only shows only R-Multiples — ideal for traders who want to remove the psychological anchor of dollar amounts.

Risk Profile

The Risk Profile tab is where you define your Risk Matrix — the table that maps setup quality grades (A+ through C) to a percentage of your Daily Stop Loss. This is the foundation of position sizing analysis. For detailed configuration, see the Risk Profile & Preferences guide.

Performance Analyzer

The Performance Analyzer tab lets you control the algorithmic engine analysis engine:

  • Performance Analyzer Toggle: Enable or disable allalgorithmic engine-powered trade analysis, session verdicts, and coaching feedback across the platform.
  • Clearalgorithmic engine Cache: Purge all cachedalgorithmic engine analyses and verdicts. Use this when you want the algorithmic engine to re-evaluate your trades with fresh context — for example, after updating your playbooks or risk parameters.

Subscription

The Subscription tab shows your current plan and credit balance. For detailed information about plans, Deep Dive credits, and credit packs, see the Subscription & Credits guide.

  • Plan: Displays your active plan (Free or Pro) and a summary of what’s included.
  • Deep Dive Credits: Shows your available credit balance, active credit packs, remaining credits per pack, and their expiration dates.
